You’ll find the gated Newport Nesselande parking garage (block C) on Cypruslaan, by Maltaplein in Rotterdam Nesselande. The garage is covered, dry and frost-free, and open only to owners and tenants — entry is through a double speed gate with a separate pedestrian gate. You’ll be parked a short walk from Nesselande beach, the boulevard, the shopping centre and Nesselande metro station.
Within the garage we let and sell private, numbered parking spaces for cars and motorbikes. Renting starts from € 84 per month; buying from € 14,850, excluding buyer’s costs (“kosten koper”, or k.k., as it’s known in the Netherlands) — full ownership, with no ground lease. Paid on-street parking is due to be introduced across the whole of Nesselande from 1 January 2027, so a space of your own will soon be anything but a luxury.

Motorbike spaces start from € 84 per month and car spaces from € 110 (L) or € 135 (XL), excluding VAT and a € 19.82 monthly service charge.
How much does it cost to buy a parking space?
A motorbike space costs € 14,850 and a car space € 22,350 (L) or € 29,750 (XL) — excluding buyer’s costs (kosten koper) and including VAT. If you buy through a business, the VAT is deductible. You own the space outright, with no ground lease.
Is paid parking coming to Nesselande?
Yes. Paid on-street parking is due to be introduced across the whole of Nesselande from 1 January 2027. A space of your own in the gated garage is a lasting solution for residents and commuters alike.
What is the entry height of the garage?

Can I view a parking space first?

Is the garage suitable for motorbikes?
Yes. There are dedicated motorbike spaces, each with a fixed ground anchor to secure your bike to. Dry, frost-free and secure — ideal for winter storage as well.
Is a parking space a good investment?
Tenanted spaces in this complex produce a gross rental return of up to 8.4% a year, and the WOZ (assessed) value rose by an average of 7.89% a year between 2017 and 2025. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
Can I sell my parking space to you?
Yes, always — we buy guaranteed, in every block of Newport Nesselande. Our offer is a starting price (motorbike from € 7,500, car from € 13,500, depending on the location and how easy it is to drive in and out) and is deliberately below the market price. In return you get certainty and speed: you can be at the notary within a week.
Is this the same as a lock-up garage?
No. You rent or buy your own numbered space in a gated, covered parking garage — not a stand-alone lock-up. You get the same reassurance (gated, dry and secure) without the premium price of a lock-up garage.
Location and transport links
The parking garage sits on Cypruslaan, by Maltaplein, right in the heart of Rotterdam Nesselande. Nesselande metro station (line B) is a short walk away, as are Nesselande beach, the boulevard and the shopping centre. Leaving via the Zevenhuizerplas side puts you on the A20 in minutes.
